Well I am on your side and agree people must cut their own bullshit to cut a problem, I myself live in Venezuela and I feel you (pain, per se) and see how this can be a true pain in the ass. I think thats really retarded, also because most games involve fighting, i dont think i belive there is a game that doesnt envolve atleast a bit of fighting, cept those like animal crossing or shit like that, like u said, maybe Internet will be in danger too, since most violence is also seen on the internet, dont forget about the animes, insults, fights, and ya the TV shows, maybe itl last a few months?? some games are even educational, like call of duty or medal of honor, they are more retarded then Peter Griffin ( Family Guy )

Wow that law is pretty stupid, it's like putting a band-aid on a severed arm, it doesn't work! I bet that some parents bitched to the government that they didn't like violent video games, and the politicians banned those video games so they canb get re-elected, or is that how it works in Venezuela? like do they have elections, i'm sure they do but im not totally sure, well if they do then that is probably why!

That is sooo sad, but they are half right. I see lots of people that are underaged and play video games that are rated M and R, like this 3rd grader playing grand theft auto games. My friends also started to act more violent after playing and got addicted to combat arms, a first person shooter game.

Now that is total wrong on what they are doing, they never should ever be allowed to ban even the least violent video games nor should any other nation period.

The people of the world have the right to play video games, watch film movies and read story books, no government should ever be allowed to ban such.

I agree. The video games are not at fault, it's the people who decide to commit these crimes. Plus form what I've read in the aritcles that you posted links to, the only ones who can actually afford to play the violent video games are middle-class people who realize the difference between reality and video games.
