I don't have satellite or cable, but that would really make me mad if I did. The only source of anime I have access to is from my local library, and I've just about seen everything they have and they only get like half a season of 1 anime like every 3-6 months. I have dial up so anything internet related won't work for me, but I think if you have netflix, they have tons of different shows and animes to watch anytime online.

we in Germany have animax in Pay TV as well,
but they are starting to go the same way.

it all started with the Live Ation movie of Death Note.. well ok accepted Anime related

then a Gaming show
( first time i've seen that, they played 30mins TENNIS on 360 WTF?)

now there is a Music show with Southpark like characters....

Funny...living here in Bangladesh, we luckily get Animax South Asia, which currently shows only Chuck and Drop Dead Diva as its live action segments, and even that at a late-night slot. Re-runs happen usually, but it's not that bad.

But dear lord, the self-dubbed anime. Some are okay, like the Eureka Seven, and quite a number of quality anime were even official dubs (Heck, we actually got to hear Nodame Cantabile's dub first here :D). But recently, ASA has gotten HORRIBLE in dubbing, so much so I have to mute FMA: Brotherhood or not watch it at all. Horrendous...

But hey, that's what Youtube is for, right? Just finished watching all of Toradora! there. Took three days straight...

I have to agree with you the mtv and cartoon network channels are now nothing but a big contradiction I mean it's given it's name for a reason helllloooooo I mean if they were going to add things that don't belong then they should change the name like cartoon network with these real shows they should call it i don't something and now an anime network that don't show anime until late at nite (or early morning for sum) doesn't matter what language it's in it must follow procedures or something so yeah I feel you man this type of stuff has got to stop that like if a grocery store sells nothing but power tools but still calls it's self a grocery store

It's just like what's happening to Cartoon Network. It started out cool at 1st, but then started to become a total shitfest by getting rid of Toonami & replacing it with gay assed Adult Swim! I dont give a smelly, fly covered, dog turd if Adult Swim evolved & now shows actually halfway funny Family Guy. One show doesnt redeem the entire thing! Then it became a worse network by airing programs for retards like that stupid show "Gumball". Now I never had Locomotion or Animax in the U.S. but they sounded halfway decent. Well that's what happens when corperations take over crap that they should leave well enough alone.

God you are right, when i had this channel i was so excited because i though i could see many animes, now i see that it's another cracked piece of crap.
