There are times where you come across an event or a film that delivers a powerful message when you least expect it. During my 6 month depression last year due to several issues(a tough break up and a sick grandma who passed away in march of this year), I came across this clip from Rocky Balboa that changed my life:

Now thanks to this scene I have a new found respect for Sly Stallone and his Rocky films.

It's good to learn from these clips (except for the last one, that's just sad) Anyone got any other good ones?
