Translation: I am an attention whore with that never has anything even remotely helpful to say, so instead i take the fad of being an asshole on the 'internets' because i have no self-esteem in life to really go anywhere, or even thing about saying that to anyone. So i just comment on random blog posts hoping to have people notice me. Regardless of the fact that i am a sheep because i follow the path of other internet assholes who are of the same herd.

Now, Ive gotten off of this subject, due to the fact thats its basically beating a dead horse. So I'll just say this on the matter...

All animations, whether they be sprite, clay, or animation, take there content from SOMEWHERE, whether it be a movie, video game, tv show, or something. So all of you who cry 'OMFG I HATE SPRITE CUZ THEY BE UNORIGINAL", but love stuff like, "Awesome Prince of Bel-Air" really are thickheaded idiots. Only differences is between them is we don't draw our shit.

Also, to you animators. Anything you look at, to get a reference of drawing, is automatically based on it. I figure most of you have looked at something and copied it before. So unless you actually drew it yourself, free-hand, or had a human model to pose for you, then your doing what we spriters are doing.

But thats just my opinion =)

Too true there.... Ng is mainly aggressive because of 13-year-olds who think they are all-knowing and expert critics, and trolls. Then again there are alot of authors who also get pissy when criticized and instead of taking it like men tend to flame the reviewers and rip things out of their reviews context just to get back at them. I'm not saying that you are like them or anything, and I like sprite movies because they too can be very professional, but I guess that all you can do is ignore the hate sometimes and just improve on yourself. Lots of people hate on professionals just cause they're jealous of them sometimes...
Ignore them when you can, for everything else there is the "abusive" button.

Unless you own the copyright to those sprites you have stolen them. There is no debate in that whatsoever. There's no opinion in it, only fact.

Don't get me wrong, I don't care if you do so, I and many others happily take others music for music videos or soundtracks, but I'm just pointing out how hypocritical your statement is. Why do sprite users have such a hard time admiting that they are stealing the art they use, just like many steal the music they use.

Anything directed at me i tend to read Zekey. Why? Its because i have enough of an attention span to actually read through walls and walls of text, quickly and efficiently. But aside from that, if you payed even a fifth of attention to what you just said, you would realize how completely and utterly retarded you sound.

Have you even attempted to make a sprite flash? I have, and am, making an animated movie that is NOT about sonic or anything really, so you know i can empathize with animators and the amount of time and effort it takes to make. But for you to sit up and go on peoples blog posts and make a whiny assumption, is even more of a waste of time and effort then to just actually make the post. Why? Because posters write how they feel. You just came to his page, wasting your time reading, and wasting even more time responding to something that you had no interest in in the first place.

As for watching more cartoons and liking more on this site than i do? CONGRATU-FUCKIN-LATIONS! You spend all your time on Newgrounds! Whoa you got me there man! I'll take my trophy of delusions, and hand you your award for being the most miserable loser with nothing else to do! But as an FYI out of all the things i watch on this site, i like stuff that will never see the light of day, and the shameful part is the fact that all of them are actually animations.

what i've learned ever since i've taken this site seriously, origionality will get you further. you may not get much views and video game parodies will kick your ass from a daily first, but in the end you feel much better. I know that's super hypocrytical but man, i was retarded. do whatever you like, everyone is entitled to an oppinion.

I couldn't give a damn about sprite haters. If they don't like it, they shouldn't try to get rid of them. As you said, "Everything, By Everyone." No matter how a storyline is executed in flash, the authors, at the end of the day, decide to use sprites or hand drawn, not the sprite haters. I fully agree with you, Newgrounds is a site intended for all kinds of flash movies, for all kinds of tastes, from people of all walks of life. There are some things, such as the Sonic's quest for power series, that just cannot be done via hand drawn.

I think sprites had lotsa potential, but due to many mediocre spriters, they are hated and have low reputation, if they hated us before with the ripping and shit, everyone hates us more because of sprite a day and so.

I am leaving sprite animation for now.

I think that what bothers people in this site about sprite animation is that most spriters have same attitude in a manner that they dont want to imporve in any way, even in theis skill with sprites. you feel me?
